The hospital of the college has three storeyed building with 100 bedded facilities. It has OPDs and IPDs where patients are provided with the treatment based purely on Unani concepts free of cost. This is the only Unani hospital of the state that is well equipped and committed to provide the best possible medical care for general public.

Fulfilling the goal envisaged by the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh for the public, especially needy patients, the college and hospital authorities are trying their hardest to ensure that the facilities for various pathological and radio-logical investigations are made available free of cost in the hospital.  Hospital also have peripheral Pharmacovigilance centre (PPVC) for Unani drugs. Providing its services in the field of safety monitoring for adverse and unwanted effects of Unani drugs. Center usually organises awareness programmes about Unani drugs adverse events.
